Public Works Office created these window murals to coincide with a season of space-related events at the V&A Museum of Childhood.

Tinted and translucent vinyl graphics applied to the window glazing along the museum's facade form complex star and crystal shapes that cast dramatic shadows. On closer inspection these shapes are made up of iconic space-age objects and toys for children to find in the museum's collection: space hoppers, the Apollo 11 Lunar Module, a Verner Panton chair, Darth Vader's TIE fighter, Sputnik 1, the Space Shuttle, a lava lamp...
